Hope Hall School is a private, non-sectarian, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit school designed for students in grades 2-12 with special learning needs who consistently experience frustration in the traditional classroom setting. Our students come to us with ADD, ADHD, autism, Central Auditory Processing and anxiety disorders, or simply a low average IQ. Hope Hall is committed to the belief that when students are given respect and enough time in a supportive, multi-sensory learning environment, they can become successful learners.
Please consider supporting Hope Hall through one or more of the many different giving avenues explained below. Hope Hall receives very limited funding from the state and federal government and therefore relies heavily on monetary contributions from individuals like you to support our $2.7 million dollar Operating Budget each year. Thank you for choosing to help our students succeed!
To make a gift to Hope Hall, please contact our Development Office at (585) 426-5824 and see our contribution form here. To make a donation online, please use the PayPal link on the side bar of this page. Remember, your gift may be tax-deductible.
Thank you for your support!
Annual Appeal – The Future Full of Hope Appeal enables children who once dreaded school to experience the joy of learning. The actual cost to educate each child at Hope Hall is approximately $17,000. Our 2018/19 tuition costs are $5,200 for grades 2-8 and $5,700 for grades 9-12, leaving a deficit of approximately $11,550 per student. Every dollar from our Future Full of Hope Appeal is used to make up this deficit and provide tuition assistance in the form of scholarships for children who need them.
Ask your United Way Campaign Coordinator for a pledge form. In the appropriate section, record the portion of your donation that you would like to go to “this organization:” HOPE HALL, “ID#” 2108.
Our 2018/19 tuition costs are $5,200 for grades 2-8 and $5,700 for grades 9-12. We need to keep our tuition as affordable as possible because more than 85% of our families live at or below the poverty level as defined by HUD. Our Tuition Scholarship Program allows us to help the children who need our program but whose families are unable to pay the tuition. All donations to this program go directly to family tuition needs.

Linda’s Cupboard opened in October 2010 in loving memory of Sister Diana Dolce’s sister, Linda Foster. Linda was a beloved member of the Hope Hall family and served as our Development Staff person for many years until her passing.
Parents, faculty, staff, and supporters can donate food pantry items and personal hygiene products to Linda’s Cupboard any time during school hours (M-F 7:30am-4pm). Please call ahead for assistance with large donation drop offs: (585) 426-5824.
On select Thursdays and Fridays each month, food and other necessities are provided to Hope Hall families who struggle to make ends meet. Families are chosen based on their income level and family size.
Special thanks to Linda’s mom, Mrs. Betty Dolce, and to her brother and brother-in-law, Rob Dolce and Doug Lennox, for all they do to keep Linda’s Cupbord open and running carefully. Thank you also to all of our volunteers who help stock the shelves of our food pantry on a monthly basis.
Currently, Linda’s Cupboard is in need of the following non-perishable items:
