Supporting Hope Hall

Hope Hall School is a private, non-sectarian, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit school designed for students in grades 3-12 with special learning needs who consistently experience frustration in the traditional classroom setting. Our students come to us with ADD, ADHD, autism, Central Auditory Processing and anxiety disorders, or simply a low average IQ. Hope Hall is committed to the belief that when students are given respect and enough time in a supportive, multi-sensory learning environment, they can become successful learners.
Hope Hall School made a commitment when to never to turn a child away because of their family’s inability to afford tuition. The cost to educate a child at Hope Hall School is $28,000/year. No family is asked to pay more than $5,700/year with some families paying as little $10/month. Hope Hall School receives no state and federal funds to operate. Financial support from individuals like you ensure every child who needs Hope Hall can access the quality education program that will help them thrive. Volunteer

Amazon Wish List – Support our students, classrooms and school by visiting our Amazon wish list and sending donations directly to us! Visit the list now.

Vehicle Donation Program – Hope Hall became a Vehicles for Charity Partner in 2013. We receive 70% of the proceeds from the sale of your vehicle. Simply call 1-866-628-2277 or click on this link to donate your vehicle today! It’s just that easy.

Christmas Toy Drive – Each year, Hope Hall collects new toys to help Hope Hall families who cannot afford to purchase gifts for their children. We are unable to accept gifts for children under five (5) years old.

Annual Poinsettia Fundraiser
This is a student fundraiser which takes place in November with delivery of the plants just before Christmas. This fundraiser helps us meet our operational budget. For more information on this fundraiser, please call the School Main Office at (585) 426-0210.

Easy Fundraising Activities

  • Have a Target charge card or TOPS BonusPlus card? Target charge card users can designate a school of their choice to receive a donation equal to 10% of their charges. You must mention this at the time of your purchase, and let them know that you would like this donation to go to Hope Hall. When you purchase any participating TOPS brand, Full Circle and TopCare products with your TOPS BonusPlus card, TOPS contributes a percentage of your purchase to Hope Hall. You must register your BonusPlus card with the TOPS for Education program and indicate Hope Hall as your school choice.
  • With the help of St. Pauly Textiles, Hope Hall will collect used clothing throughout the entire school year instead of a one-time only clothing drive.  A permanent — 24 hour — collection box is located at Hope Hall in the back parking lot, next to our playground fence. Your clothing donations will be reused in the U.S. and Third World countries.  Your donations are tax deductible and Hope Hall will earn $40.00 for every 1,000 pounds donated.
  • Hope Hall began its participation with the Imagine It Recycling Program in 2012. Through this program, Hope Hall accepts donated ink cartridges and printer ribbons/drums, etc. in its that are dropped in receptacles near the main offices of the elementary and high school.  You can help by setting up a donation receptacle at your church or office to benefit Hope Hall by clicking on this link –  just name Hope Hall as your beneficiary charity.
  • Purchase car wash packages for local participating businesses through CauseWash online. A percentage of your purchase will be donated to Hope Hall: https://rochester.causewash.com/partners/hopehall.
